The owners of Homestead, Jenni and Matt Smith, have been married over 25 years and have raised 5 children in this community. They also own Sliceability in Cumming City Center and Rosati’s Pizza near The Collection.

The menu reflects a superior culinary experience with a local community approach. Chef David J. Smith has lived in Forsyth County area for over 20 years, beginning his career at former Forsyth staple Norman’s Landing as a dishwasher and spending 8 years as a chef.

Homestead - Craft Bar & Kitchen is the perfect spot for meetings, date nights, girls nights and family time. The restaurant features 3 distinct areas, each with its own unique atmosphere and vibe, on three different levels within the building.

The Kitchen and Craft Bar at Homestead: Located on the ground level, this restaurant promises a family-friendly experience with a bold and expansive menu, complete with homegrown favorites as well as exciting new twists, all complimented by beverages from local breweries and signature cocktails.

The menu focuses on comfort foods from all across the U.S. and features items like a pork tenderloin sandwich from the Midwest, barbecue brisket from Texas, shrimp and grits from South Carolina and Philly cheesesteak from Philadelphia. The chef likes to think of it as “foods that built this county."

The Well: For patrons seeking a more fun and entertaining spot, Homestead’s lower level is the place to be! This area offers a more relaxed and casual vibe with a menu focused on specially crafted burgers, sandwiches, wraps and the like. The Well has doors leading to the backside of Cumming City Center with patio seating overlooking the amphitheater (right across from the children’s play area). This is the place for entertainment such as live music events including dueling pianos and country music on Thursday nights, as well as trivia, murder mystery nights and more than 50 televisions for all your sports viewing needs. Check out the event schedule!

The Loft at Homestead: For those looking to enjoy a date night or sit and sip an upscale after-dinner beverage, the rooftop area is the perfect spot! The Loft features a more elegant small plate menu paired with sophisticated cocktails and wines. The Loft has an upscale beach vibe and offers a gorgeous view of Sawnee Mountain and a prime spot for watching live music at the amphitheater!
